The Classroom DeskCycle 2 now comes with all the great features and top quality of the DeskCycle PLUS it now has the new ability to lower the pedals by another inch
Lowering the pedal height of the DeskCycle to 9 inches for those little desks.
DeskCycle for Schools
Quiet operation from the magnetic resistance. Students can pedal at their desks and not disturb the class. Pedal forward or backward while still seated at the desk. The DeskCycle 2 is great for classrooms and libraries.
Productivity in class can improve by adding a little exercise. Pedalling improves concentration, digestion and metabolism, and has the added benefit of increasing alertness.
The resistance setting adjusts for the child's comfort. It is easy to pedal while working.
New Adjustable Height Front Leg
Adjust the pedal height to the specific needs. Set it to 10 inches or 9 inches. The wide front legs on the DeskCycle 2 keeps it from rocking side to side and the foot pedals have adjustable velcro straps to fit different foot sizes. They are weighted so they are always right-side-up.
Pedalling while doing school work is only one option for the DeskCycle 2. Other places to use it is while watching TV (it is SO quiet you won't have to turn up the volume), playing video games (great for the kids who play for long hours), reading a book, on the phone, or any other activity done while seated.
Sneak in Exercise During the School day
Some of the wonderful features of the DeskCycle 2 are the magnetic resistance. This is not only the reason why you have a wide range of resistance but it is also why it is super quiet. The magnetic resistance also ensures it won't get a "jerky" movement when pedalling. Smooth all the way!
DeskCycle for Students
The flywheel is belt driven and it spins at 14 times the pedal speed. This is another reason why the DeskCycle 2 is so smooth to pedal. Pedal forward and backward.
The pedals are bottom weighted so the straps are always on the top. This is a nice feature so the kids can easily slip their feet into the adjustable velcro straps and start pedalling.
