The pedals on the DeskCycle may need to be replaced if the threads were stripped during installation.
This may be from trying to install the left pedal to the right side or right pedal to the left.
The threads on the pedals can also be damaged by fording a cross-threading installation. The threads on the DeskCycle pedals can strip if the pedal was loose while using the bike. Pedalling with loose pedals will cause the threads to wear.
If you need to order new pedals because of damage to the threads make sure the crank arm threads are ok. Quite often if one is damaged the other is as well.
The pedals are smooth to operate and have a set of ball bearings inside for quiet motion and durability. The threads are a bicycle standard of 9/16” as found on most bikes.
The pedals have a comfortable and wide non-slip surface to place your feet. The straps are velcro and easy to adjust to fit all foot sizes.
